Design Competitio​n for pupils from primary schools

The Pilsudski Institute based in the Polish Centre in Ravenscourt Park would like to invite all children to participate in the Discover Polish Legions project marking the Centenary of the First World War.

This competition is open to all pupils aged 6 - 14 years in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. It offers pupils a unique opportunity to broaden their understanding of community history and develop a range of skills including research and art and design.

What does the competition involve?

Using archival material provided by the Institute, the pupils create an album cover with the songs of the Polish Legions.
